  • In cases of confirmed fraud or breach of terms, fubo808 reserves the right to freeze funds in the account while an investigation is ongoing.

5. Suspension, Account Closure & Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension and Closure

Fubo808 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass identity verification, or upon request by a competent authority.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to there being no outstanding disputes or unresolved issues.

Platform Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, fubo808 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including loss of funds resulting from game or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.

Fubo808 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or factors beyond our control.
